Skyway House Outpatient Treatment Program

Skyway House offers certified drug and alcohol outpatient programs.  These programs vary depending on the individual client’s needs.  At the beginning of our programs our counselors conduct a comprehensive assessment of each client.  They will then design an individualized treatment plan, with measurable goals, to specifically address each client’s needs.  Our professional counselors will then assist the client and carefully guide them to meet their individual treatment objectives so that when the client completes the program they will have all of the tools necessary to continue their recovery and achieve long-term sobriety.

The Skyway House Outpatient Treatment Program includes:

  • Relapse prevention
  • One-on-one counseling
  • Group counseling
  • Behavior modification instruction
  • Educational components
  • Aftercare

Our counselors are trained to conduct treatment sessions in a way that promotes the client’s self-esteem, dignity, and self worth.  Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients is the most important element in our Outpatient Treatment Program.  We believe it is central to the success of the client.  Our counselors function as both teachers and coaches, creating a positive and supportive relationship with the client.  We use that relationship to foster change, recovery and healthy behaviors. 

 

Outpatient Treatment Program – 12 Weeks

One (1) individual, one-on-one counseling session with a counselor per week
One (1) group counseling session per week

Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program – 12 Weeks

One (1) individual, one-on-one counseling session with a counselor per week
Three (3) group counseling sessions per week

 

Court-Ordered Programs

Skyway House provides special court-ordered programs such as PC1000 and Prop 36.  Please contact our office for more information about these programs. 

12-Step Recovery Model

All Outpatient Treatment Program clients must attend a minimum of three (3) 12-Step/Recovery Support Meetings every week.  Prior to completion of the program, all clients are expected to establish a new social support system.  Clients will be randomly screened for substances during their participation in the treatment program.

Flexible Scheduling

The Skyway House Outpatient Treatment Program is a twelve-week program.  We offer both day and evening sessions to accommodate working adults.  Many of our residential clients advance their recovery by participating in our outpatient program after completing the residential program.
